Protein - 1.5-2.5 gms / kg / BW
Visible fat - 30 gms / day
Calcium - 1000 mgs.
Dietary fibre - 25 gms/ 1000 cals.
Carbohydrates - 60-65% of total energy
Proteins - 15-20% of total energy
Fat - 15-25% of total energy
